Shawn Shelton, 39, was arrested in Corona on Friday after police received a tip he was in the area. A former Manhattan Beach Police Department officer, Shelton on May 21 allegedly flashed a badge to a 14-year-old boy at a bus stop in Las Vegas and told him to get into his H2 Hummer, according to the Corona Police Department.
